One of my favorite seasons for runway has always been Resort. It's probably because the collections tend to be colorful and comfortable. You can't help but drift off to some secluded island where you spend your days sailing around the warm, clear, blue waters, in flowy, light, printed dresses, with an obnoxiously large floppy-brimmed woven hat. I just smiled as I added that period.
Anyways, it's nice to see a dash of Tropical Resort-esque styles in the Ready-to-wear season. Hooray!
